The first objection a lot of our clients have had was: “Does CRM really make sense for us?” and our answer was a clear “yes” for several reasons.

The most obvious one would be the amount of data you will gain and from which you or your sales staff can generate new business.

Another reason would be something you could include in your exit strategy.

Imagine you as a business person look into acquiring or merging a company with your own. Of course the amount of data they hold about their customers is going to play a major role in the position they will be able to negotiate from, maybe even significantly increase the price you will have to pay.

Yet of course there are rare cases in which the implementation of CRM would not make sense.
